BUYING FROM THE MANOR BINDERY

The easiest way to purchase our faux book products is to order online through our secure romancart and paypal payments process. Simply browse the products on this site, add them to the shopping basket and review the delivery charges before clicking the 'checkout' button and following the simple and secure payment process from there.

Paypal takes most card types including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro as a one-off standard payment or if you have an account with paypal, you can pay direct from that account. Paypal currency exchange rates on the day of purchase apply. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact us on 02380 894488 with your order details and we'll be happy to assist you.

For direct orders we can accept credit card details over the phone, or by invoice and BACS payment. For online purchases you will receive a confirmation email which indicates that we have received your order. A contract does not exist at this point as we will need to review the order details, pricing and delivery charges to make sure they are correct. Once these are checked (and we have informed you of any changes) we will send you an invoice and expected delivery times and at this stage we are entering into a contract for the purchase.

PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE THE UK & IRELAND

We are unable to take online orders from outside the UK & Ireland as delivery charges are continually changing. Please make any purchasing enquiries by email or phone on + 44 2380 894488 and we will be happy to advise on delivery charges and timescales.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

All of our products are hand-made to order, so the deadlines below are offered as guidelines only. However, we will always aim to get your order to you as soon as we can and often beat these timeframes. For UK orders we aim to deliver goods within 7 to 10 working days. For International orders we allow for 14-21 days. If your order is urgent or requires a specific date to be met, please email us or call on +44 02380 894488 and we will let you know if we are able to meet your requirements.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our deliveries are made using a local or international courier service such as A1 or UPS. Both services require goods to be signed for so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address. If you have special requiremets regarding delivery times or addresses please give us extra information with your order or by email so that we can best adhere to this security requirement.

DELIVERY CHARGES

For all UK orders we charge a set delivery cost based on the number of products ordered, starting at £6.95 and rising to a maximum of £8.95 for orders containing three or more seperate products. These charges reflect the cost of a courier service to deliver your goods by secure next day delivery.

Goods being sent to the Channel Islands, Isle of Sky, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Inverness, will be charged at £15.00, rising to £25.00 for two or more products.

For orders to Ireland and Northern Ireland, delivery charges start at £15.00 and rise to £25.00 for two or more products.

TAX CHARGES

VAT of 20% is automatically included in the order and delivery price and is broken down in the shopping basket overview.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Our shopping basket is powered by the secure RomanCart system and all payments are made through the Paypal payments system for your added security. We will not pass on any of your details to third parties and will only use your information for the purpose of processing your order. We may contact you from time to time regarding our products but will stop this at any time with on your request.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Manor Bindery Ltd has been established for over thirty five years and we pride ourselves on great and lasting relationships with our customers. If you are unhappy with our product or service, we promise to do our best to rectify the problem. If you are still not happy at this stage, we will offer a refund on all of our goods that are returned within 30 days of delivery.
